Fantastic experience! Really liked the a ability to book a date and time slot online and the transparent pricing. They were very communicative about the rental and it arrived on time, and it was a perfect fit for our driveway. We didn’t need the full week so we called and scheduled an early pickup, and they were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience, and so convenient! We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dumpster rental.
The service I received was great. The trailers were the perfect size for our garage and attic clean out (we got a 10 yard). When scheduling the trailer they sent out a gps location the day of drop off so that I could track how far they were away. Also upon drop off they will send you a text with everything you can’t put in the trailer that you will get charged extra for. ( this would be good information to show when booking.) entire process went very smooth and they answered the phone when I needed them to. I will definitely use them again if I need them in the future!

I wish we were told when the drop off and pick up would be for our 3-day rental. It was basically a 2-day rental due to when it was dropped off and picked up. Overall good service.
We had a flood a year and a half ago and had to (sadly) have many repairs and re-repairs. This company has always given the utmost in customer service, always having a bin ready, always erring on the edge of customer satisfaction when there has been a mix up (giving us a free day when we asked). We’ve used them 8 times over this past year and a half and they’re probably the most professional and accommodating service worker we’ve worked with over the course of these changes.
Just bought our new home and had some serious cleaning up to do. The reason I chose this company was because the fact of rubber tires on the dumpster. I needed to get this dumpster into a tight space without doing any property damage. I first did business with Daron about 5 years ago. I was impressed that he still had the same phone # and business name after all that time. The first experience was unremarkable (not good or bad) he did exactly what he was suppose to do and I think he even gave me an extra day to top it off. In this day and age not screwing me is usually good enough to earn my business a second time. But the more recent second time I used Daron he went above and beyond. Daron was not only accommodating but he went above and beyond, all before he even got paid. I will certainly refer my friends and family.

I used this company last week. It’s a pretty steep price but I was in a bind. He did deliver it on time. Things you need to know that he doesn’t tell you. Make sure you have an open driveway for him to park it in or he won’t leave it. I decided to use him again and let him know first thing in the morning what my schedule was. He agreed and was able to deliver the dumpster at 10 am. At 10:30 I called to find out where he was. He told me there was 25 dumpsters ahead of me and he would be out there when he could. None of this was mentioned this morning. He said he thought he could be out there shortly after lunch. I paused, not to get upset, and asked him why he didn’t mention any of this. He told me good luck trying to find someone else. I would never use this company!!! Terrible customer service.

I called for a quote, I said wooo no thanks you. said what do you expect calling someone on a Sunday and hung up the phone. Way over priced, cost about 50 bucks to dump a 20 ft trailer around my area. Thanks for the help lol
